Mindfulness Coaching 🌟

“If a child can’t learn the way we teach, maybe we should teach the way they learn.” Ignacio Estrada

Does your child feel overwhelmed in busy environments?  Have they recently been diagnosed with SEN? Or is your child finding it hard to keep calm during transitions? You’ve come to the right Mindfulness Coach!

Mindfulness gives children of all abilities the self-calming tools to attend to the present moment, find a sense of peace and recognise their own thoughts, feelings and physical sensations.

With professional Mindfulness Coaching, we can help reduce stress, anxiety, depression, frustration and chronic pain. Over time, our clients develop a more balanced frame of mind, calm heightened emotions, improve concentration and learn to find a sense of ease at times of uncertainty. To see some of our sessions in action, watch this short video.

During our one-to-one or small group private sessions, we love to help children use mindfulness tools like emotional regulationself-reflectionsensory yogarelaxation, breathing exercises, meditation, sensory props, mindful games, affirmations and other physical activities. These tools can develop self-confidence, calm anxiety and help kids take practical steps towards achieving their full potential.

Miss H, also known as Nicky Harvey, has extensive experience of using mindful teaching practices in a variety of settings. She enjoys creating multi-sensory, calming, tailored and engaging experiences to help children of all abilities.
